Tadeusz Cwiklik

Director & Builder

Tadeusz grew up on in Poland on the family farm so knows the true meaning of a good day’s graft. He has an incredible work ethic and is highly skilled across multiple trades.

Since arriving in Margate more than 20 years ago he has gained invaluable industry experience working across a range of sectors from ancient, thatched cottages in East Anglia to industrial lifts in London.

When not on the tools he likes foraging for mushrooms and a good, Polish BBQ.

Jodie Nesling

Director & Comms

A journalist by trade, Jodie grew up in Essex and believes communication plays a vital role during building projects. As any working parent will tell you, she has immense multitasking skills.

When not frazzled she enjoys a dip in the tidal pool and a glass of wine.

Rose Cwiklik

Chief Executive

Rose is two, she enjoys keeping her parents on their toes, playing with her wooden drill and all aspects of interior design.

Our Process - How We Work

Meeting & Quotation - After arranging an initial meeting which should take place at the on site to walk through the schedule of works we will prepare an initial quotation. This can take up to one week depending on the size of the project.
Schedule & Start Date - A second meeting discussing feedback or amendments takes place before we prepare a contract, payment schedule and set a start date.
Contract & Deposit - All parties will then sign the contract and we will request a deposit to be paid.
Building Work & Changes - During building work everything and anything can change! That's all cool - we have got you and understand how stressful it is. We always do our best to mitigate any potential hurdles and will always communicate our strategy to ensure the job runs as smoothly as possible.

Working with Other Trades

We only use certain, trusted sub-contractors for our projects and no matter the size of the job we can recommend tradies in all areas of construction work including electrics, plumbing, plastering, decoration, roofing and tiling
